We offer refund / exchange within the first 7 days from the date of your purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange, or refund of any kind.

The item must be returned with its original packaging.
You can request for exchange within 2 days. The exchanged or replaced product will be delivered within 10 days.
Items are replaced only if found defective or damaged upon inspection.
