This website is operated by Shri Krushna Jewellers, Sangamner, Maharashtra, India. By using our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

2. Products

Our Pyrite Bracelets are handcrafted using genuine Pyrite stones. Due to natural variations, the product may slightly differ from images shown on the website.

We ship within 3–7 business days across India. International shipping timelines vary. We are not responsible for courier or customs delays.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed after inspection. Customized/damaged items are not eligible.

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to sellers/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping or the product is out for delivery. In such cases, you may reject the product at the doorstep.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. The request will be verified by the seller/merchant before approval.
  • If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet expectations, notify our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. Our team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.
  • For products with manufacturer warranty, please refer such issues directly to the manufacturer.
  • The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 10 days.
